Gridfin International Beta Terms

Effective 11 August 2026. These Terms apply to the international English-language Gridfin beta offered through ludvik4.dev.

1. Operator and scope

Gridfin is operated by Ekaterina Pustovaia, trading as Ludvik4, Avenida de Francia 79, 46024 Valencia, Spain (the "Operator"). Contact: t.me/ludvik4work.

By requesting or accepting beta access, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you use Gridfin for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for it.

2. Beta access

The beta is currently free. Access is granted at the Operator's discretion and is not guaranteed for every request. Gridfin may contain bugs, incomplete features and breaking changes. The Operator may change, pause or end the beta, but ending the beta does not revoke the licence to a copy already granted under these Terms.

3. Licence and ownership

Gridfin and its original materials remain the Operator's intellectual property. If beta access is granted, you receive a personal or internal-business, non-exclusive, worldwide and perpetual licence to use and modify your copy of Gridfin and to build any number of your own commercial or non-commercial projects with it.

You own the product code and content you create on top of Gridfin, subject to third-party licences in the included software. You may not publish, resell, sublicense or redistribute Gridfin itself as a competing starter kit, template or substantially equivalent package.

Updates released for the same Gridfin edition remain available to beta participants at no charge. No particular update schedule, feature or compatibility period is promised.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use Gridfin to violate applicable law, infringe third-party rights, distribute malware, gain unauthorised access to systems, or remove ownership and licence notices. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, securing and lawfully operating any product you build with Gridfin.

5. AI tools and third-party services

Gridfin is a repository and engineering workflow, not a hosted development service. It requires separately obtained tools such as Claude Code, Git and the supported Node.js/pnpm toolchain. Those tools, package dependencies, hosting providers and other third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. The Operator does not control their availability, pricing or output.

6. Feedback

You may provide feedback voluntarily. You allow the Operator to use that feedback to improve Gridfin without payment or attribution, provided that your confidential information and personal data are not published without a separate lawful basis or permission.

7. Privacy

The request form collects the GitHub username, email address, optional role, intended use and page URL that you submit. The site is hosted by Vercel, and form submissions are delivered to Ludvik4 by email through Resend. The form also uses a short-lived IP-based rate limit to prevent abuse.

How this information is used, retained, transferred and deleted is described in the Ludvik4 Privacy Notice. Gridfin does not sell personal data or use beta-request data for targeted advertising.

8. No professional advice or guaranteed outcome

Gridfin supplies a starting architecture and verification process. It does not guarantee that generated code is error-free, secure, legally compliant, fit for a particular purpose or ready for production without your review. Documentation and agent output are not legal, security, financial or other professional advice.

9. Warranties and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the beta is provided "as is" and "as available" without implied warranties. The Operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data or business interruption arising from use of the beta.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer rights.

10. Suspension and termination

The Operator may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these Terms, unlawful use or a security risk. Sections that by their nature should continue after termination, including ownership, licence restrictions, disclaimers, liability and governing law, remain effective.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. The courts of Valencia, Spain have jurisdiction, except where mandatory law gives a consumer the right to use the courts or non-waivable protections of the country where that consumer habitually resides. This choice of law does not deprive a consumer of protections that cannot be excluded by agreement.

Before starting formal proceedings, please contact the Operator and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally.

12. Changes

The current version is published at this address. Material changes apply prospectively from their stated effective date. If a change requires renewed acceptance under applicable law, access may be conditioned on that acceptance.
